About Me

I am Rajagopal Sadhasivam, a Ph.D. Research Scholar in Civil Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Madras, specializing in coastal groundwater systems, saltwater intrusion, climate change impacts, and sustainable water resources management. My research integrates laboratory experiments, groundwater modeling, numerical simulations, GIS applications, and field investigations to understand and mitigate environmental challenges in coastal aquifers. I have worked on multiple interdisciplinary research projects involving artificial recharge, urban lake restoration, groundwater contamination assessment, and climate adaptation strategies across Tamil Nadu. My work has been published in reputed international journals and presented at national and international conferences.
